Welcome from Fr. Dennis Metzger, Pastor Welcome to St. Joseph Catholic Church! It has been my privilege to serve as the pastor of this wonderful community since July, 2008. We are the largest parish in the Diocese of Toledo, and our size can be somewhat daunting. However, the size of our parish also allows us to draw on the enormous reservoir of talents present in our members. Our community is filled with hundreds of gifted and talented people, who share their gifts in a variety of ways. If you click on the “Organizations/Ministries” section of this website, you will find dozens of ways in which we help to build God’s Kingdom in Sylvania. Perhaps one of these ministries can be of service to you; perhaps you would like to share your own gifts by becoming part of one of these ministry teams.
