Credo (Young Adult Group)

Credo is a parish-based community of young adults (ages 21-35 ) who seek to draw closer to Christ and His Church through prayer, fellowship, discussion, study, and service. In addition to weekly Wednesday night meetings, Credo offers opportunities consisting of social outings, service projects and spiritual gatherings with fellow young adults. We hope all members benefit from meeting and socializing with other young adults who seek to live their faith in the 21st century! Find us on Facebook: 'St.Joe's Young Adult Group'.

St. Joseph Parish uses the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) to receive new members into our faith. Participants learn about the Catholic faith, grow in their relationship with God, meet parish members, and receive the sacraments of initiation (Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist). The program begins each year in September. A team of lay persons, priests, and religious, acting as catechists, facilitate all sessions. To find out more about this process check the bulletin for information, meeting times or call the Parish Center.
