Our Lady of Grace is a tri-parish youth ministry, dedicated to the formation of youth in the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Toledo. Through discipleship, joy, and community, we create an environment where youth are encouraged to boldly and authentically live out their Catholic faith.
Our Lady of Grace Youth Ministry is comprised children from Holy Trinity Parish (Assumption, Ohio), Saint Joseph Parish (Sylvania, Ohio) and Saint Richard Parish (Swanton, Ohio).
High School Ministry
We meet on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month. Each gathering offers a welcoming space to pray together, share life, and grow as disciples of Christ.
Middle School Ministry
We meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month. Each gathering begins with a meal, a dynamic talk, small groups and an activity!

Steubenville Youth Conference
Calling all high schoolers!! In our ever changing world, Jesus is the answer to the longing of our hearts for meaning, fulfillment, security, and love. Join hundreds of Catholic teens in Steubenville, Ohio for the Steubenville Youth Conference taking place July 10-12, 2026.
Rising freshman in high school through rising freshman in college are invited to attend this retreat with our group. Please fill out this form if you are interested!

Service Saturday
Open to grades 6 - 12, we meet one Saturday of every month usually from 9 a.m. - 11:00, and serve! It is a great opportunity for service hours, gathering for a fun time with friends, and making a difference in the community with your help!
Discipleship Groups
Interested in diving deeper into your faith alongside friends and a mentor? Contact Caroline Davis to join a discipleship group!
Groups meet twice a month.
Altar Servers are responsible individuals who are faithful and dedicated to the service of God at His Altar. While this ministry is an honor it is also a responsibility. This ministry is open to any parishioner grade five and up.

All Saint Joseph Youth Group activities hope to uphold the Office of Youth Formation’s Vision: To foster within youth an appreciation for participating in sacraments, a strong desire to serve the Church and the world, a faithful and rich prayer life, a sound understanding of Catholic moral teachings, and a strong love for Jesus.
VIRTUS Training
For the protection of our beloved children, all volunteers for any youth program (this includes catechist, CYO coaches, Liturgy of the Word volunteers, etc.), must be VIRTUS trained. Please click the link to the right for more information.
